Shell belle/ post glaze

Ceramic Rings, Pinch Pots and Pendants.

This is the final work of my rings, pinch pots and pendants. After I painted my ceramics, I added glaze to make it shiny and beautiful. After glazing my work, it was fired up. I took different types of coloured strings, knotted them together to make one big string for my pendants. I inserted the strings on each hole of each pendant, making it a necklace to wear. I enjoyed each  moment while making these ceramics.

Shell Pendants

Ceramic Shell Pendants

Based on my previous work from a few weeks ago, these are my shell pendants after being fired up. I painted all of my pendants using white paint. I used sand papers afterwards to remove some parts of the white paint, in order for the brown parts to show. I also used the round needle file for my holes to get that nice, rounded shape. I am very much pleased with the outcome of my pendants.

Shell Pendants

Ceramic Shell Pendants.

These are my five ceramic shell pendants with different textures and shapes. I took five different types of sea shells and made prints on top of the clay to create the texture. Right after that, I carved out the shapes and made a hole on each pendant. My experience working with these pendants was astonishing. I had so much fun.

Precious Lace Mini-Frou-Frou

Chopard was established by Louis-Ulysse Chopard who founded a high-precision watch manufactory in Sonvilier Switzerland, which specialised in pocket-watches and chronometers. He quickly realised that his clients were looking for ultra thin and accurate pocket watches that were appropriate to be worn on a daily basis. in 1885, Chopard built a reputation for high quality watches and became watch provider for "Tir Federal", the Swiss Railway Company and Tsar Nicholas 2 of Russia.

The signature piece that I chose to elaborate on is a ring called the Precious Lace Mini-Frou-Frou. It has diamonds and ethical rose gold. known for their pear-shaped petals, Mini-Frou-Frou jewels increased the stylised flower motif that has become the Precious Lace signature.
